Cell Phone Usage in School
Remember that time when you had nothing to do in study hall? Didn’t you want to be on your phone and look at Facebook or Instagram or Twitter? But you couldn’t because there was always some teacher or staff member telling you to keep it in your locker or your pocket. But the school has recently allowed the students to use their phones in the halls in between classes. But the students spend a lot of the time walking to their lockers from their former class and getting books for their next class. And how can they be able to walk to class and look at their phone at the same time? They could run into someone because they’re not looking where they’re going; they’re looking at their phones. The school has also allowed the seniors to use their phones in study hall. But why not all the students? If a student doesn’t have any homework or anything else to do, they’re just going to end up being a distraction to the rest of the students who are trying to study and do homework. If they can use their phones, they’ll have something to do. As long as they aren’t being a distraction to other students, there really shouldn’t be a problem. The school should really consider letting all the students use their phones in study hall.
