Top 10 Ways to Spend Your Quarantine
This is a list of the top 10 ways to spend your quarantine in no particular order.
1: Go outside and see nature. While we are gone for all of this time from school and have nothing better to do, go to a park and look around. You will begin to see how amazing the world is around you. Also, listen to all of the different noises that you can’t normally hear in your house while you’re doing nothing.
2: Working out. Everyone talks about that summer body that seems almost impossible to get, well guess what, there is no better time than now to work for it. While you are sitting at home bored, you can either just sit there, do nothing, and count the seconds as they tick by, or you can get out there and work on getting the body you always dreamed of.
3: Bond with your family. During this quarantine, you will be stuck with your family for most of the time. Take advantage of the opportunity and get to know more about them and spend more time with them, they are very important and have a huge impact on your life. While you are making jokes and laughing with each other, the time will fly and you will be able to leave the house in no time.
4: Gaming with your friends. While we are in this quarantine we will not be able to see each other. A good thing that you can do for relief is play games with your friends. This is not only enjoyable because you get to play a game but you also get to have a better relationship with your friends while you guys rely on your trust with each other to help you succeed.
5: Learn a new hobby. You know that thing that you have also been fascinated about? Whether it is computer programming, or cars, go learn about it and get better at whatever it is. You have nothing better to do, and not only will it be enjoyable, you will also be learning something that might be useful in the future.
6: Take a break. While you might want to just keep on moving and constantly doing stuff to try to pass the time so you can see people again, use this time to take a break. You will not be as stressed as you usually are so just take a day for yourself and take that much needed break.
7: Change your room up. Have you ever wanted to change something up in your room or your house but you didn’t have the time? Well you have nothing but time now! So go out there and make that change that you have always wanted.
8: Practice sports. You Might be disappointed that spring sports are cancelled right now, but you can still practice and try to improve. It is always good to practice so you can get better. It is also healthy and fun, and a great way to spend your time.
9: Spend time in God’s word. You may be worried about the current situation. Well you can find comfort in God by reading his word. You can strengthen your relationship with him. We should take advantage of all this time staying at home and get into God’s word and grow closer to Him.
10: Do your school work. Just because you are at home instead of the school does not mean you don’t have to do the work. You still have school and you have to do the work you are given to pass.
