The Little League Homerun Fences Should Stay Where They Are

During the 2015 Little League World Series Competition there were over 20 Home Runs hit by the 11-13 year old players that could probably crush the Open Door Patriots Baseball Team, and maybe the Cleveland Indians. Now some people say that the fences for these 11-13 year old player are too close for them. They say they are too close because if the players just hit a “pop fly,” or ball in the air, it has a chance to leave the park. One Solution to this is to change the bats the players use, but at the Little League World Series (LLWS) Volunteer Stadium, which is one of the Little League World Series Parks, it is 225 ft for the players to hit a dinger in all parts of the ballpark. Now you would think that 225 ft for a homerun is pretty short, but for baseball and for the LLWS players, the home run is the best part of the game. Homeruns have always been a part of baseball and everyone always loves a homerun. The homerun in Little League can make the difference from elimination and winning the whole thing. The homerun fences for the kids are 200ft less than the major leagues. And these fences are just right for the LLWS. The fences should stay where they are because everyone loves a homerun.
