How long have you been a runner?
I have been a runner for 4 years.
When did you join the cross-country team?
I joined 2 years ago, my sophomore year.
What is your favorite thing about being on the cross-country team?
I get to build relationships with a lot of people.
What is your favorite memory from cross-country?
Pancake breakfasts on Fridays.
What is your best race time?
25 minutes and 15 seconds
What do you do to train for your races?
Eat right and run as much as I can.
What kind of encouragement does Mr. Daniels give you in practice?
He shows us good race times from previous students and encourages us to achieve those same times.
Any encouragement to runners?
Eat healthy and run a lot.
