Charley Lovett is a Junior and has been at Open Door for three years. I was able to interview him about one of the three sports he plays, Soccer.

“2 years”
- What position do you play and why ?
“Defense, the position comes most natural”
- Is it weird to have a non-English (Coach Hiro) speaking coach ?
“Not really because after a year it is easy.”
- What is your favorite professional soccer team ?
“Chelsea”
- Since you play defense Is there a lot a pressure on you?
“Sometimes more than other, generally no.”
- Do you play any other sports?
“Golf, BasketBall, and Baseball”
- Do you play any other positions on the soccer field?
“Goalie”
- Have you ever got a yellow card?
“No, almost did”
- Do you have any pre-game rituals?
“Pray and focus”
- How does Christ help you during the game?
“Someone to trust for everything involving a game”
