Attention Juniors! In just a few short days you will officially be in your Senior year of high school. The first of the lasts start soon. Next year will probably feel like you are on an emotional roller coaster every day. There will be highs and lows and probably a lot of stress, with college decisions and goodbyes. However, if you are prepared, it will be one of the best years of your life. Here are some tips from this years Seniors on how to survive next year.

Hannah G. –

  1. Learn to Like Coffee
  2. Don’t Overcommit – Say no to Things
  3. Spend Time Pouring Into Underclassmen

Sarah Smith –

  1. Remember to Take Time to Have Fun; It’s Hard to Enjoy Your Senior Year When You’re So Busy you Can’t Unwind.

Sarah Lowe –

  1. Be willing to ask for help when needed. Your parents and the staff are very willing to help whenever you need it, but you have to be willing to go to them and ask for it first.
  2. Cherish every moment of the fun things, like prom, homecoming, and Sadie’s. Even if it is just with friends, don’t let that be the only thing you think about, just have fun.

Devany O’Neal –

  1. Enjoy every little thing of your senior year. The terrible horrible things, to the most amazing feelings in the world. Each moment is worth it, and each experience makes you a better person.
